FROSTLINE ZERO · LEGAL

PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date: 29 September 2026

Frostline Zero is operated by TV Londres Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains the information we process when you use Frostline Zero on the web or iOS, why we process it, and the choices available to you.

Questions or privacy requests: [email protected].

1. Information we process

Frostline account and cross-platform access

If you create a Frostline account on the web or in the iOS app, we process your email address, a salted password hash (not your readable password), account ID, licence status, an Apple account-link token, and an essential session token. These are used to authenticate you, secure the service, associate a valid purchase with your account, and provide the same paid access on your supported devices.

Web payments

For a web purchase, checkout is provided by Stripe. Card and bank details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored by Frostline Zero. We retain the Stripe Checkout reference, payment status, amount, currency, and purchase fulfilment status so we can grant and audit your web licence.

iOS purchases

The iOS full-game unlock is a one-time non-consumable In-App Purchase supplied by Apple. The app uses StoreKit and a signed Apple transaction to verify the purchase and associate it with the Frostline account you chose in the app. We retain the Apple transaction identifiers, product, environment, purchase date and account association for licence and fraud-prevention purposes. We do not receive or store your Apple payment-card information.

Gameplay and device data

Your settings, unlocked phases and best times are saved locally on your device. For Endless Descent only, we process the public rider name you choose at account creation, a server-issued attempt ID, longest single distance, total distance and completed-at time. This creates the public Endless Ranking. The ranking never displays your email address. We do not use advertising SDKs, behavioural tracking, analytics SDKs, location, contacts, camera, microphone, or device advertising identifiers.

Purchase emails

After a completed web purchase, we use Resend to send the customer and our owner contact a transactional confirmation. We do not use these purchase emails for a marketing newsletter.

2. Why we use information

For UK/EEA users, our lawful bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests in keeping the service secure, and legal obligations where applicable.

3. Sharing and processors

We use service providers only as needed to run Frostline Zero:

We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. These providers may process data outside your country under their own applicable safeguards and privacy notices.

4. Your account, logout and deletion

Web-account users can sign out and permanently delete their account from Account & privacy. iOS users can do the same from Player Account → Delete account inside the app. Deletion requires your password and a final confirmation to protect against accidental removal. Our public account deletion instructions explain the same process.

For accounts without a completed payment, we delete the account and associated active sessions. If a completed web or Apple payment exists, we immediately revoke access and de-identify your account credentials and contact details while retaining only the minimum payment ledger needed for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or accounting obligations. Apple purchase history is also managed by Apple under Apple’s policies.

You may also contact us at [email protected] to exercise applicable access, correction, objection or data-protection rights.

5. Retention and security

We keep account information and Endless Ranking entries while your account is active. Essential web session records expire automatically after 30 days. We retain limited transaction records only for as long as required or reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute purposes.

We use HTTPS, password hashing, secure HTTP-only session cookies and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we limit access to personal data to what is needed to operate Frostline Zero.

6. Children and changes

Frostline Zero is not directed at children under the minimum age permitted by local law to create an account or make a purchase. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will investigate.

We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
