1. The game and these terms
Frostline Zero is provided by TV Londres Ltd. By creating a web account, purchasing the game, downloading the iOS app, or playing Frostline Zero, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Licence
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use Frostline Zero for your own entertainment. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, exploit, or redistribute the game or its content except where law expressly permits it.
3. Purchases and platforms
The web version offers a one-time full-game unlock
Inside the iOS app, digital access is purchased only through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles restoration of Apple purchases through your Apple ID. Web and Apple purchases are separate platform transactions unless we state otherwise.
4. Refunds and support
For an iOS purchase, refund requests are handled by Apple through your Apple account and Apple’s applicable policies. For a web purchase or account issue, contact [email protected] with your purchase reference. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
5. Availability and updates
We may update, patch, suspend or improve Frostline Zero. Online features, including account access and the web service, may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security or technical reasons. We will use reasonable care in operating the service but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
6. Accounts and conduct
Keep your credentials confidential and use accurate account information. Do not attempt to bypass payments, interfere with the service, or access another person’s account. You may sign out or request deletion at Account & privacy.
7. Liability and law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Frostline Zero in the 12 months before the event giving rise to a claim. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
