Delete your Frostline Zero account

You can permanently delete your Frostline Zero account directly from the game service. This process is available to every Frostline player.

1. Open Frostline Account & Privacy.
2. Sign in with the email address and password for the account you want to remove.
3. Choose Delete my account.
4. Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm the request.

What is deleted

We remove the active Frostline account, its email address, salted password credential, active sessions, game access and associated personal profile data. The account can no longer sign in or use its game entitlement.

For an account with no completed payment, the account and active sessions are deleted. For a completed web or Apple payment, access is immediately revoked and we de-identify account credentials and contact details. We retain only the minimum transaction ledger needed for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute obligations. Apple purchase history remains subject to Apple’s policies.

Public Endless Ranking entries use a rider name rather than your email address; they are removed or de-identified with the account where technically applicable.
